I am a strategy consultant based in Munich. My work covers growth strategy, go-to-market, international expansion and commercial value creation, mainly for banks, payment providers and fintechs.
I am interested in how a market analysis becomes a concrete growth decision, and in what new customers are really worth once usage and revenue quality are taken into account.
